Emergency contact details, which are only visible to Headteachers, are requested from each establishment in case it is necessary to contact that establishment out of normal hours due to an emergency planning need. These details are held securely and only made available on a strict ‘need to know’ basis.  The details held can be updated through the Schools Communication​ Team.
